Very attractive, three-owner California 1964 MGB.
The original owner passed away several years ago so his wife who knew how much he loved the car had it fully restored by Original Duplicates British car specialists in Fresno, California.
Current MA owner has owned the car since 2019.
The car is very nicely restored and was completely stripped to a bare metal before repainting and included restoration of the engine, boot, jambs, brakes, suspension and many other ancillary items all detailed in a 94 restoration PDF that will be provided to the new owner.
The body is very solid and the paint presents nicely.
All the chrome, trim and rubber all restored or replaced, wheels were powder-coated, detailed and extremely tidy interior featuring black leather.
This zippy little 4 speed car drives beautifully and handles well.
It is a wonderful driving B; tight, responsive with plenty of power.
Having spent most of its life in inland California, this special little MGB is sure to be a great find for someone looking for a solid, reliable British car with a very short owner list.
Recent owner has added the following:
Rebuilt transmission by Quantum Mechanical in CT, wind screen, new Tonneau cover, new Bell Stainless steel muffler and a new car cover.
Car comes with complete set of documentation including MGB Driver's Handbook and numerous photos of the restoration process.
