1972 Lincoln Continental Mark IV in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey for sale in Lake Hiawatha, NJ

Vehicle Description Ford Motor Company chose an evolutionary design path for the successor of the Continental Mark III.
With designers again using sharp-edged fenders, hidden headlamps, and a tall radiator-style grille, the Continental Mark IV retained the traditional long-hood, short deck coupe proportions of the Mark III.
The Mark IV was instantly recognizable because of its small Greek Temple grille, oval opera windows, and Continental rear trunk lid hump that evoked the Continental Kits of the 1950s.
All Mark IVs were equipped with a vinyl roof.
In 1972 the opera window was introduced as well.
In a major break from American luxury car tradition, the rear wheel openings of the Mark IV were designed at the same height as the front wheels (similar to the 1966-1970 Olds Toronado) its large fender flares precluded the use of fender skirts.
Mark IVs were equipped with the 460 cu in 7.
5-liter motor linked to a 3-speed automatic transmission.
The car has two small areas on the trunk that could use a little love.
Other than that, it is in excellent condition.
These are fully disclosed in the pictures.
